Capcom and Netflix have announced a new CG series based on the Resident Evil franchise – Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, news confirmed at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness is coming to Netflix subscribers sometime in 2021, and centers on fan-favorite characters Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
Production is handled by TMS Entertainment, and animation is being done by Quebico, the same studio behind the 2017 CG film Resident Evil: Vendetta. Executive producer is Capcom staff Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, etc).
