Capcom has announced worldwide shipments for the Resident Evil 2 remake have topped four million units.
The new milestone was reached near exactly one month after the game’s launch on January 25th, and includes numbers from all three platforms: Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Previously, Capcom announced the game had shipped over three million units in its first week, meaning the game sold another million units in roughly three weeks.
Lastly, Capcom noted the cumulative sales for the entire Resident Evil franchise have topped 90 million units.
Resident Evil 2 is now available for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. In case you missed it, you can find our review for the game here (we highly recommend it!).
