A new report (via The Wall Street Journal) is pointing to Nintendo expanding their smartphone releases with a new game based on The Legend of Zelda.

The report cites “people familiar with the matter” within Nintendo and DeNA. The sources points to the previously announced Animal Crossing mobile game launching in the second half of this year, with a mobile The Legend of Zelda game coming afterwards.
