It’s no secret that something is going on at Konami, from the shocking cancellation of Silent Hills to the rumors of the struggle between Hideo Kojima (alongside his team) and the upper management at the publisher.

Now, we’ve learned that Konami is possibly going to spill the beans regarding the entire ordeal. The news comes from a preview event for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, in which Italian writer Antonio Fucito (from Italian site Multiplayer.it) confirmed that Konami would clarify the situation with Kojima, “soon.”

“About Kojima, Konami said that will be clarified soon. In the game, however, [Kojima] is present everywhere!”

The above Tweet has since been deleted at the request of Konami, only to be followed by another follow-up Tweet where Fucito said “hey, Konami kindly request to delete it, don’t know why exactly. Anyway the content was true.”
