Release Dates for Final Fantasy XV PC Modding Tool, Windows 10 Pocket Edition, and More

Square Enix has confirmed the release dates for several Final Fantasy XV (via the official Japanese twitter) related updates and content packs.

The core Final Fantasy XV game will get a new recipe (featured above) olnl June 7th via a new update, which also includes various bug fixes – and the ability to skip cutscenes in Chapter 3. The official modding tool for the Windows PC version of Final Fantasy XV will launch on June 7th.


A new “Party Pack” piece of downloadable content, which includes items exclusive to the “Comrades” multiplayer component, will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 5th.

Lastly, the Pocket Edition of the game, which is now available for iOS and Android devices, will launch for the Windows 10 store on June 6th.
