Rockstar Games has announced the kickoff date for Red Dead Online, the multiplayer mode for Red Dead Redemption 2.

The multiplayer-only mode will go live on Tuesday, November 27th, and will be in beta form.

The beta will be only accessible to owners of the Ultimate Edition of Red Dead Redemption 2, and the following day the beta will open up to players that played the game on the first day of release. Then, on the 29th, owners who played within the first three days. Lastly, on the 30th, everyone gets access.

Rockstar likened Red Dead Online as “a new, living online world ready to be shared by multiple players” where you can customize your online characters and “tailor your abilities to suit your play style.”
