Ndemic Creations have released a free update for Rebel Inc: Escalation, adding a campaign mode.

The campaign mode has an evolving narrative. Players will have to conduct large-scale operations across five regions, that each feature procedurally generated traits that present their own challenges to overcome. The insurgency will expand, and develop new tactics throughout the campaign that you’ll need to counter, as well as random events that can trigger new challenges.
