Famed character designer and Final Fantasy creator Tetsuya Nomura is known for one thing above all other things – his love for putting belts all over stuff.
All jokes aside (and apologies for that horrifying thumbnail), both Nomura and Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima are confirmed to have autograph sessions at this year’s San Diego Comic Con.
So why are both these visionaries from essentially rival companies pairing up to autograph things to their fans, who will be presumably foaming at the mouth? To promote their latest Play Arts Kai figurines, of course!
This is a convention where most people go to buy tons of useless things like body pillows and oppai mousepads, but I digress – I love those kinds of memorabilia as well. In order to get an autograph, you have to buy a qualified Play Arts Kai figurine.
Further details were not confirmed, unfortunately, but we’ll keep you guys posted.
