Developer Ratatan Arts have launched the Kickstarter campaign for RATATAN, their recently-announced Patapon spiritual successor.

The new crowdfunding campaign is seeking ¥20,000,000 yen, or $141,000 to produce the new Patapon spiritual successor for PC. There’s a stretch goal of 75 million yen (roughly $492,700) for console ports.

As confirmed in our original report, key staff include: Hiroyuki Kotani (main designer on Patapon), Nelnal as main artist, Ken Adachi on music (Patapon and LocoRoco composer), and Kazuto Sakajiri as producer.
