While we’ve known that Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day was coming west, for some reason Americans haven’t gotten the game yet, despite Europeans getting it back on April 18th of this year.
Now, Bandai Namco has finally confirmed a release date to Niche Gamer for both the game and its Short Peace anime movie – the digital bundle will be coming to North America next tuesday, September 30th.
The Short Peace movie comes with four different shorts, all of which are from the legendary anime creator, Katsuhiro Otomo, who is mostly known for the iconic film, Akira.
The game, however, is developed by Tokyo Jungle studio Crispy’s, and it’s also headed by Grasshopper Manufacture boss Goichi ‘Suda 51’ Suda. You can ultimately consider the game the fifth part of the collaboration, as well as the fifth part of the story.
