Quake Running on an Oscilloscope

Fans of classic games seem to have a knack for getting their old software running on even the most incompatible hardware configurations, and as seen not too long ago with DOOM and an ATM, there isn’t any piece of machinery that is safe from having games run on it.

That holds true for Quake 1 as well, since some clever modders have managed to port it to an oscilloscope, of all things.

Though it looks a little strange, it runs awfully well considering the choice of hardware. Detailed explanations can be found on their site, if you’re curious as to how this was even possible.
