Publisher Skybound Games and developer Double Fine Productions announced a Psychonauts 2 “Motherlobe Edition”, a new physical release for the sequel.

The new Psychonauts 2 “Motherlobe Edition” is coming on September 27th for Xbox One / Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4. Preorders are now available over on the iam8bit online store.

Fans can expect the physical release to include: a lenticular outer sleeve with a reversible cover sheet, a set of six two-sided art cards showcasing final art and concept art from the game, six premium die-cut stickers, and a code for unreleased behind the scenes materials. The Collector’s Edition includes a book featuring the history and art of Psychonauts, and much more.
