LKA and Wired Productions have announced a new psychological horror game called Martha Is Dead.

The game, which is currently only announced for Windows PC via Steam, is set to release sometime next year. You can find the first teaser trailer above.

Martha Is Dead combines a dark psychological thriller with WWII history. In 1944, the mangled body of a woman is found just south of the Gothic Line. Her twin sister, the daughter of a German soldier, must deal with the trauma of her sister’s passing alone, all while trying to uncover the truth about what happened.

Tuscany, 1944. As conflict intensifies between German and Allied forces, the body of a woman is found drowned. Her twin sister must alone deal with the acute trauma of loss, while the truth of the brutal murder is shrouded by mysterious folklore and the extreme horror of war which draws ever closer.
