• PS4 Worldwide Shipments Top 82.2 Million Units

    Sony has announced worldwide shipments for PlayStation 4 have topped 82.2 million units.

    The news comes in their latest financial report for the previous several months which ended on June 30th of this year.

    This means a total of 3.2 million PlayStation 4 consoles were shipped in the first quarter of this year, a figure down 0.1 million from the same period in the last fiscal year.

    Lastly, Sony increased their previous forecast of 16 million PlayStation 4 consoles for the 2018 fiscal year, up to 17 million units.
