Bandai Namco and Tekken series producer Katsuhiro Harada revealed quite an interesting project during Sony’s pre-Tokyo Game Show conference in the form of Summer Lesson – a Project Morpheus tech demo that lets you spend a day with a Japanese schoolgirl.
Unfortunately, for the patrons heading to this year’s Tokyo Game Show, the tech demo has been pulled from the showfloor – although it’s not due to the nature of the demo itself. This is simply because there aren’t enough units to allow for more enough people to play it at a time.
The statement from Bandai Namco stated that due to the floor availability, the unit itself had to be taken down. An example was given that if only one unit existed on the floor, only 50-70 people could play the demo in its entirety, because an entire playthrough lasts roughly five to six minutes.
Would you guys be interested in getting your hands on the Summer Lesson demo, once Project Morpheus is made available to the public?
