Dinosaur Theme Park Management Sim Prehistoric Kingdom Gets Closed Beta December 6

Prehistoric Kingdom

Blue Meridian have announced the closed beta date for their upcoming dinosaur theme park management sim, Prehistoric Kingdom.

Prehistoric Kingdom was successfully Kickstarted in early 2018, and has had several closed alpha tests over the past few years for backers at specific tiers. The closed beta, which launches December 6th, will be available to everyone who pledged at a tier that included beta access.

The beta build will include 8 new animals not featured in the current alpha build; Archaeopteryx, Camarasaurus, Deinocheirus, Pachyrhinosaurus, Protoceratops, Parasaurolophus, Torvosaurus and the Woolly Mammoth. This brings the total number of animals currently in the game up to 14, with dozens more planned.

Other new features in the beta include updated and new animations for existing animals, tropical themed decorations and tile sets, tons of new scenery and props, enhanced particle effects, animal statues, and more.

You can find a trailer for the beta below.

Prehistoric Kingdom enters Early Access in April 2022 for Windows PC (via the Epic Games Store, and Steam).
