    The Pokemon Company has announced Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket is adding its latest expansion this month.

    The new “Crimson Blaze” expansion is launching for the digital trading card and battling game next week, on December 17th, pending your local time.

    Here’s a rundown on the new content, plus a trailer:

    New Crimson Blaze Themed Booster Pack

    The Crimson Blaze themed booster pack marks the Pokémon TCG Pocket debut of fan-favorite Mega-Evolved Pokémon like Mega Charizard Y, Mega Venusaur and Mega Blastoise as Mega Evolution Pokémon ex. In addition to the newly introduced Pokémon, players can look forward to discovering many new cards for their collections which will feature research lab–themed illustrations.

    Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket is now available for smartphones on both iOS (via the App Store) and Android (via the Google Play Store).
