A leak by notable dataminer CentroLeaks suggests we may be getting a Pokemon Presents sooner, rather than later. In fact, what they found suggests one to be coming on August 8th.

This information was found from datamining the mobile title, Pokemon Masters EX. Where an in-game campaign makes reference to a Pokemon Presents.

Currently there are no known mainline games announced at this time, though there have been numerous leaks suggesting a few things coming in the next year. However there is the DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet as well as Detective Pikachu Returns coming up later this year.

According to CentroLeaks, it’s unlikely this upcoming event will bring along the announcement of any new games though, meaning it’s more for whatever event is coming to the mobile title. Still, there could be more information in regards to the DLC though.

As with any rumor, it’s important to take them with a grain of salt. Either way, we’ll find out the truth rather soon.
