Indie developer Claymatic Games has announced Platypus Reclayed, a remake of the classic 2000s shoot ’em up game of the same name.
Platypus Reclayed is in development for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5. A release date wasn’t announced.
The original Platypus was developed by Squashy Software and published by Idigicon for PC back in 2002. The game was ported to Xbox 360 later in 2009 via Xbox Live Indie Games, and both Platypus and its sequel Platypus II got ported to Steam in 2014.
