• PlanetSide 2 is Launching for PS4 on June 23

    Daybreak Game Company has announced the release date for PlanetSide 2 on PS4.

    The MMO shooter will be launching on Tuesday, June 23rd when the PlayStation Store refreshes. The news was confirmed over on the PlayStation Blog today, with details on post-launch support and exclusive features to the PlayStation 4 version.


    Daybreak Game Company is dedicated to continuously refining the experience, and is even introducing the new battleground Koltyr. The team also thanked the thousands who participated in the closed beta, providing invaluable information on the gameplay experience.

    PlanetSide 2 is a massive warfare FPS, where thousands of players participate at the same time in planet-wide all-out war against enemy targets. Players will take to the air, sea, and land with a multitude of firepower to win and achieve victory. The game recently set a World-Recon for having the most players online at 1,158 players in a single battle.
