While PAX East hasn’t revealed much in the way of new game announcements, it has given hungry CRPG fans a very meaty chunk of gameplay to drool over in the new Pillars of Eternity video that you watch above. With less than three weeks until its release, Obsidian’s roleplaying game magnum opus will be on our hard drives before we know it. Until then, a good dose of combat explanation will have to do.

The video is a rather long one at 50 minutes, with a lot of humorous asides being thrown by the developers. You can tell that they really love what they’ve created, and it shows in the tone of the presentation. No doubt, everyone will be screaming “Punchinator” during combat once the game launches this March 26th.
