Persona 5 Scramble Western Release Scrapped From Koei Tecmo’s Latest Report

Persona 5 Scramble

It seems like the planned western release for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is no longer happening, as developer Koei Tecmo has quietly shuffled the release out of their upcoming plans.

We previously reported on Koei Tecmo including the game in their latest financial report, suggesting a western release was happening. Now, the developer’s latest financial report (via Siliconera) has quietly removed the western release for Persona 5 Scramble from their future releases.

To reiterate, Persona 5 Scramble is only mentioned in their current sales figures alongside their other recent titles, as it just released in June 2020 in Japan. Whether this means the western release is no longer planned remains to be seen.

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is available for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan.
