We’ve learned a very interesting tidbit from this year’s EVO tournament regarding Atlus and Arc System Works’ Persona 4 Arena Ultimax – the game will be getting even more downloadable content post launch.
Previously, we learned that Persona 4’s Tohru Adachi would be made playable within the first week after the game launches, but these new unconfirmed characters would be coming later.
The news was confirmed by Atlus project lead Yu Namba at the end of the MadCatz Persona 4 Arena Ultimax stream (specifically at the 2:55:24 mark), who said:
“We already have one DLC character announced, and there’s more to come.”
Lastly, Namba also confirmed that the game’s release should be “early fall,” hopefully further nailing down its release later this year.
