Persona 3: The Movie is Officially Coming West

Rejoice Persona 3 fans – Aniplex is bringing the first Persona 3 movie, Spring of Birth, to the United States. If you’re the stickler who prefers having a full English dub, unfortunately they’re just doing English subtitles for this release, but hey at least it’s coming!

The movie will be coming via an official blu-ray release, and it will be available on May 20th. Here’s where things are definitely interesting: the movie is getting a standard release alongside a fancy collector’s edition. The standard edition will set you back $59.98, while the collector’s edition will cost $79.98 dollars.

While the standard release is a bit pricey as it comes with just the disc, the collector’s edition comes with soundtrack CD, an exclusive box art by Keisuke Watabe, brand new cover art, a 48-page deluxe booklet, 10 Persona 3 stickers, 4 key art illustration cards, and lastly – (and this one is exclusive to Americans) – an translated booklet of the deluxe 48-page booklet.
