Persona 3 Reload the latest Persona remake isn’t going to be on the Nintendo Switch any time soon, at least according to Atlus.
In part of an interview translated by Nintendo Everything, Atlus made very clear that a Nintendo Switch port wasn’t in the cards:
“As soon as we began to conceptualize everything that would come in Persona 3 Reload, we decided that there would be no Switch version. Of course the idea is there, but it’s a matter of discussing it with the team and seeing what they think about it and we’ll see what happens.”
What isn’t clear however, is just why not? Is it a matter of technical capabilities? Content? Some agreement with Nintendo?
Persona 3 Reload is set to launch worldwide on February 2nd, 2024 and will be available for Windows PC (via Steam and the Microsoft Store ), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5, as well as Xbox Game Pass.
