• Path of Exile’s “Sacrifice of Vaal” Mini-Expansion Detailed

    Still going strong, Grinding Gear Games’ Diablo Heir Apparent ARPG Path of Exile had its mini-expansion “Sacrifice of Vaal” named last week, yet nothing much beyond that was known. That changed recently with a forum post from the developers that lets a little more info squeak out before the DLC’s real press embargo is lifted on March 1st.

    Besides a new boss by the name of Queen Atziri, players can expect new currency items, new challenge leagues, special “corrupted” versions of old gems and items (Shown in the above screenshot) and new hidden areas that also bear some level of obvious corruption.

    The mini-expansion’s release is scheduled for March 5th.
