    Blizzard has revealed the latest hero confirmed to be joining the Overwatch 2 roster.

    There had been some leaks and teasers from the development team, but this officially confirms his appearance, name, and role in the game – meet the Lifeweaver:


    The new hero will be adding to the support role as a character who can heal allies and provide utility. More details are expected to come over the week as season 4 is expected to start next Tuesday.

    “Lifeweaver is about to blossom” reads the caption from the Twitter post revealing the character. Considering his motif and their hint, it’s implied that nature/flowers will be heavily used for his kit.

    Overwatch 2 has been available since October 2022 for Windows PC (via Battle.net), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
