Don’t blame yourself if you’ve never heard of Ore no Shikabane o Koete Yuke, or Over My Dead Body here in the west. The game features a family that is cursed – the only way to remove it is to defeat a demon.

The catch is that your children and further descendants can only live for so long, meaning your distant descendants will probably be the ones to finally defeat the demon.

The Playstation Vita sequel is being developed by Alfa Systems, the guys behind the PSP remake of Over My Dead Body and Tales of the Heroes.

We’ll be learning more about the game on September 10th, which is when the countdown timer runs out, which is also coincidentally ending just after Sony’s Tokyo Game Show press conference.
