• Original Final Fantasy VII is Delayed on PS4 to Make Room for iOS Release

    Square Enix has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 port (which is based off the PC version) of Final Fantasy VII, has been delayed.

    The game was originally set to launch this spring, however it has now been pushed into a release some time this winter. The reasoning behind the delay wasn’t given, although the announcement of an iOS port of the game being confirmed at the same time has us guessing that is probably it.

    In related news – Square Enix also confirmed a Final Fantasy VII remake last night, during Sony’s E3 2015 press conference.
