Original Final Fantasy VII Available Today for PS4

Square Enix has confirmed the Final Fantasy VII PlayStation 4 port is available today.

The game is based on the PC release, which has been available on Steam.

    as some one who has never played any of the ff7 games would it be better for me to just play the new remake that coming out or this one?

    From what we’ve seen, they look like they might as well be totally different games. So I’d suggest playing both.

    If your just going for story its possible. Though how the new one looks they will be adding more onto the story as well they changed up the combat system to be more like XV.

    And it’s different than the PS1 classic that’s playable on PS3/Vita.

    Get the port, play through it ASAP. Buy the remake as well, as deadeye says they look different enough.

    There will be some humor that translates better in the old style and some humor that translates better in the new style, too.

    It will take one weekend and FFVII is probably going to cost you one entire meal (if you eat out) or one entire day of food (if you prepare food yourself). So… priorities? ;)

    Ugh the PC Port really? Is the game on PSN the PC port as well?
