Kongregate have announced they are bringing Twirlbound’s open-world action-adventure game Pine to Nintendo Switch.
Hue is from one of the last remaining tribe of humans on the island Albamare. Other tribes are made up of animal people such as alligators, foxes, and moose. These make up some of the five factions on the island, all trading and fighting with each other over food and territory.
All of the worlds creatures have lives, goals, and quests of their own. The player can use these along with ecology, scavenging, bartering, harvesting, crafting and selling search and find a new home for humans across six biomes.

Pine is an open-world action adventure simulation game. Take on the role of Hue, a brave young adult who belongs to the last remaining tribe of humans on the island of Albamare. Find your way through an ever-changing world in which all creatures have lives, goals and quests of their own. Albamare’s factions trade and fight with each other over food and territory, while Hue learns about ways to influence the ecology, in search for a new home for the humans.
