    Capcom has announced a new Onimusha: Warlords update adding a new “Hell” difficulty mode to the game.

    The remaster of the original Onimusha game is getting a new “Hell” difficulty like the one planned in the forthcoming Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny remaster.

    Onimusha: Warlords has been available for modern platforms since January 2019 on Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Switch, and PS4.

    Here’s a rundown on the new update, plus a trailer:

    Added New “Hell” Mode

    You can now select the “Hell” difficulty from the Title Screen. This is an extremely difficult mode where any enemy attack, no matter how light or heavy, will instantly kill you. However, you will still be able to revive on the spot if you have a Talisman in your possession. (Note: You can earn the “Hell” Honor by completing this mode)

    Added New Languages

    • The following languages are now available as display languages:
    • Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Arabic, Latin American Spanish (Note: There are no additional voiced languages)
