Earlier this month, Niantic announced the November 2022 Community Day Classic event featuring fan-favorite Pokemon Dratini. In addition to the November 2022 Community Day Classic, Niantic has announced the next monthly community day Pokemon. During the event, a new Pokemon will make its Pokemon Go debut after its appearance in Pokemon Legends Arceus.
Have you guessed the Pokemon? If you did, then good for you, but for those who didn’t, the November 2022 Community Day Pokemon is Teddiursa. During the event, a full moon is scheduled to take place. In Pokemon Go, a full moon will be available from Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday, November 13, 2022, at 6:00 a.m. local time.
November 2022 Community Day Details
- The Community day will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time
- Teddiursa spawns will be increased
- Teddiursa’s Shiny rate will be increased
- Ursarings evolved during the event will evolve into Ursaluna
- Trainers will have five hours after the event to evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna to learn a special move
- The special Charged Attack move is High Horsepower
- High Horsepower will deal 100 damage in trainer battles
- High Horsepower will deal 110 damage in raids and gym battles
- Trainers can only evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna during a full moon
- The Community Day Special Research story – A Sweet Snack will be available for $1.00 USD or the equivalent price.
- From 5 PM to 10 PM, four-star raid battles will appear
- Defeating the four-star raid battle will cause Teddiursa to spawn around the gym for 30 minutes.
- Remote Raid Passes can not be used to join Ursaring raids
- Teddiursa will spawn up to 300 meters from the gym.
Event Bonuses
- 3× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive XL Candy from catching Pokemon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Snapshots taken during the Community Day will spawn a surprise Pokemon.
- One additional Special Trade can be made, for a maximum of two for the day.
- Trades made during the event will require 50% less Stardust.
- Special Teddiursa-themed stickers will be available.

Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Please note that this Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
