Nippon Ichi Software’s New Game is a Horror Experience for PS Vita

nis teaser 06-22-15-1

Following the ominous teaser that Nippon Ichi Software revealed yesterday, we’ve learned the true nature of their upcoming title.

The news comes via this week’s Dengeki Playstation (via Games Talk), in which the game Yomawari has been confirmed for PS Vita. While details are currently scant, we know the game will be launching in Japan on October 29th.

Yomawari features a female protagonist that is searching for her older sister and pet dog, while exploring a creepy town at night. She only has a flashlight at her disposal, and using said flash light will let her “see things that shouldn’t be seen.”

We’ll keep you guys posted.

If the Vita version looks anything like the video, it should be spectacular.

Here’s the thing the teaser looks like a live action shot, with the flashlight tied to the camcorder, and some superposed creepy ghost girl. Either way lets hope they do this well though. The Vita does need interesting games.

You mean all the game breaking bugs and censorship wasn’t a horrifying experience already.

Now this is very exciting. I love horror games.
Then again, if it did get lit to come over….well…
    NISA and all

Hopefully they’d care enough to preserve the game and not make it BUGGED TO HELL
