Nintendo has announced Nintendo Switch Online will add the legendary Wario World to its growing roster of games this month.

Nintendo Switch Online is adding Wario World as the latest classic release. The classic action game was released for GameCube way back in 2003 and has never been re-released – until now.

Go on a garlic-fueled rampage in this action title released for the Nintendo GameCube™ system in 2003! Wario’s journey begins with a promise of vengeance against a powerful and cursed black jewel that’s warped his castle and nabbed his treasure. Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack is part of their subscription service. It adds classic NES, SNES, Game Boy, Sega Gensis, Nintendo 64, and Nintendo GameCube games. Virtual Boy games are coming in 2026.
