Nintendo announced Nintendo Switch Online has added Donkey Kong Land to its growing roster of classic titles.

Originally released back in 1995 for the Game Boy, Donkey Kong Land was developed by Rare and is a condensed version of its Super Nintendo equivalent, Donkey Kong Country. It features different level design and boss fights in comparison to make up for the lesser hardware.

Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack is part of the new subscription tier that launched in October 2021. It adds classic Nintendo 64 games, Sega Genesis games, and Game Boy games to Nintendo’s online service.
