Hoping on the Black Friday shopping bandwagon is Nintendo with some exciting deals.  Well, I guess they aren’t that exciting but they are pretty nice if you don’t already have the systems that are being discounted.

The press release for these sales did bring an interesting quote to us form Nintendo themselves

“This year, there is a dizzying amount of affordable Nintendo options for any holiday shopper looking to stock up on fun gifts for family and friends,” Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing said in today’s press release. “And if there is ever a question of why shoppers should choose Wii U and Nintendo 3DS this holiday season, the answer is simple: Because it’s Nintendo.”

Yes, just because it’s Nintendo.  Seems like a solid enough reason, but, on with the savings.

A 3DS bundle with Luigi’s Mansion already installed will retail for $169.99 while the 2DS will be knocked down to $99.99 and the 3DS XL will only be $149.99.

They also announced a new Nintendo Land bundle that will come with a green luigi wii remote for $59.99.

In the press release they also stated that they will have deals all throughout the month on eShop titles.  Last week was Zelda week and this week in Mega Man week with Mario and Donkey Kong weeks upcoming.
