Older Nintendo fans will probably fondly remember the Nintendo Power magazine, an official print magazine first run by Nintendo of America and later gone independent, only to eventually be discontinued in 2012.

Now, the brand has returned in podcast form via the Nintendo Power Podcast, run by Nintendo of America staff. The first episode of the podcast is now available, and it includes Nintendo employees, developers and special guests discuss the world of Nintendo.

The podcast is hosted by Nintendo of America employees Chris Slate (previously editor-in-chief of Nintendo Power magazine), Damon Baker (from Publisher and Developer Relations) and Kit Ellis (co-host of Nintendo’s weekly YouTube show Nintendo Minute).

It’s also worth pointing out the podcast includes an in-depth interview with Nintendo developers Eiji Aonuma and Hidemaro Fujibayashi about the making of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Nintendo Power Podcast is now available on Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud and YouTube, and is coming soon to Google Play Music.
