Straight from Nintendo’s financial reports meeting, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has confirmed that the company will be bringing Nintendo DS games to the Wii U Virtual Console service.

Some unconfirmed games will be playable on the Wii U Gamepad, but Iwata did demonstrate how well Brain Age works on the Gamepad screen in a presentation slide.

While the full launch roster and time frame have not been confirmed, expect them soon as this is part of Nintendo’s latest efforts to revitalize the Wii U.
