• Nintendo Celebrates Easter Sunday With Egg-Themed Pokemon Go Event

    If you’re still playing Pokemon GO and/or also identify as Christian you’ll be happy to hear Nintendo and Niantic are celebrating the resurrection of Christ with an Easter-themed event this week.

    Appropriately titled “The Eggstravaganza,” the new event runs now until April 20th and has increased the variety of Pokemon found inside 2km Eggs. With each Egg you hatch you’ll get more Candy, and you’ll also level up faster with double XP.

    If you manage to get a Lucky Egg, you’ll get quadruple XP. It’s worth mentioning the Lucky Eggs are currently 50% off in the game’s shop.

    If you somehow haven’t tried out Pokemon GO, you can find it over on the App Store or Google Play.
