• Nintendo 3DS Sells Over 20 Million Units in Japan

    This week’s Japanese hardware and software sales have been published, and the biggest milestone is easily for the Nintendo 3DS.

    The latest in Nintendo’s ongoing dedicated gaming handheld devices has sold over 20 million units in Japan alone, with a worldwide total of over 56 million units.

    In software data, Famitsu reports that Nintendo’s Splatoon has sold over a million physical, retail units (the game reached one million earlier this month in digital copies combined with retail).
