Pix’n Love and Aurora Game Studio reveal NIGHTMARE BUSTERS – REBIRTH

Developed in 1994 by Arcade Zone on SNES, this run & gun would never be officially released. It’s coming back in an entirely redone production while staying true to the original work

Packed with frantic action, NIGHTMARE BUSTERS – REBIRTH is a 2D action game in the purest arcade tradition. Graphics, level design, and difficulty are entirely reworked for optimal gaming comfort!

Under the watchful eye of some of its original creators, NIGHTMARE BUSTERS – REBIRTH makes a point of honor to keep the foundations of the original work while enjoying the enhancements of modern gameplay and current development tools.

Made with a lot of love and passion, NIGHTMARE BUSTERS – REBIRTH will offer traditionally, frame by frame, animated characters! A colossal task which we’re eager to share with you as its development progresses!

In related news, another 1990s era game that was cancelled is getting new life with Clockwork Aquario, which Strictly Limited Games is finally releasing for Nintendo Switch and PS4.
