This means NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… reached gold master status, meaning the game’s development and code is finalized and ready for distribution. Saito noted that now that as NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… goes gold, they can focus on getting the downloadable content approved.
“Nier Replicant v1.22 has been mastered! So now all that’s left is for the DLC (free this time!) to be approved. I’ll be able to finish it once the DLC (free this time!) is approved,” Saito said.
He added, “Please look forward to the announcement of the DLC contents and the release date. We’re also taking reservations! Please buy it!”
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… was announced a little over a year ago in March of 2020, so it’s interesting the game was mastered seemingly quickly after its announcement. The game is considered an “upgrade” of the 2010-original NieR RepliCant, which previously only saw a release in Japan.
