    Publisher Square Enix and developer Applibot have announced NieR Re[in]carnation is shutting down this spring.

    The game’s final chapter of The People and the World is releasing on March 28th, roughly a month before its full shut down in April.


    Players will be able to enjoy the final chapter of the game until its full shut down, on Apri 29th, 2024 at 10PM PST / 1 AM EST.

    NieR Re[in]carnation has been available since 2021 on Android (via Google Play), and iOS (via the App Store), and went on to be downloaded over 15 million times.
