• Nier and Drakengard Creator is Teasing a New Game

    The creator of Drakengard and Nier, Taro Yoko, has been working on a new game.

    We’ve learned of his new game via the latest issue of Dengeki Playstation, which is actually a special 20th anniversary Playstation edition. In the magazine, Yoko-san teases:

    “If I say anything about the new title now, I’ll get killed by all sorts of people.”

    Yoko-san is known for his work under the now-shuttered developer, Cavia. Despite the studio not existing, he works as a freelancer with many of his former colleagues – Drakengard 3 being one of those games.

    The report from Dengeki hasn’t specified what platform his new game is on, or why he’s in fear of his life (which is clearly a joke), but we’ll keep you guys posted.
