Topics of the Week
We discussed the slew of announcements, releases, and drama over the month of June! This included Total War: Troy being free for 24-hours on launch via the Epic Games Store; all while Tim Sweeny says he attributes the Epic Games Store giveaways to increased sales… On other platforms.
We then moved onto a certain outlet struggling with Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated, and EA bringing many Origin PC-exclusive games onto Steam [1, 2] while also putting the extended Mass Effect 3 ending with a paid DLC bundle.
We talked about Min Min from ARMS becoming the next Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC character, which lead into the technical side of consoles both old and new. We also discussed the Lite version of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition.
