Today’s Niche Spotlight is Unto The End, a 2D action-platformer by Big Sugar and developer 2 Ton Studios.

You control a weary warrior on a long and arduous journey to return home to his family. Unto The End‘s combat encounters are heavily skill-based affairs that focus on reading your opponents, and improvising with what you have.

Most battles are 1v1 duels, or against small groups of savage and unrelenting enemies. Along your journey you’ll also have opportunities to scavenge for resources, or trade with fellow travelers.

Unto The End is available on Windows PC (via GOG, and Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia for $24.99 USD, and December 17th on Nintendo Switch.
