Niche Games Spotlight – Pico Pico Dungeon!

Today’s Niche Games Spotlight is Pico Pico Dungeon!, a promising Japanese indie roguelike dungeon RPG that’s easy to play in short bursts.

Pico Pico Dungeon! is inspired by the legendary classic Rogue and was designed with the hopes of adapting that style of game to be as simple and modern as possible.

In Pico Pico Dungeon!, all players have to do is move up, down, left, and right and there are no complex commands or inventory management. Despite its seemingly simple and casual vibe, the game is actually challenging and will satisfy fans of classic roguelikes.

Alongside the standard roguelike dungeon crawling there’s also other features like survival stages, puzzle stages, tower defense stages, and even mystery-solving stages, giving players more variety from standard dungeon crawling fare.
