Today’s Spotlight is for Call of Sentinels, an arena roguelike where players complete missions for various deities, who will in turn reward you with unimaginable elemental power to crush your foes.
In Call of Sentinels, missions consist of rounds where you complete specific quests for different sentinels. The player can choose between multiple quests, and each one is associated with a different deity and its set of powers, giving you a good bit of freedom over how you customize your build.
The game opts for a more active playstyle, similar to 20 Minutes til Dawn, and feels closer to an RPG rather than a Survivors game. Call of Sentinels is also entirely voice-acted and features some gorgeous art similar to Supergiant’s work on Hades.
Call of Sentinels has recently hit its 1.0 release and is available on Microsoft Windows (through Steam). The game’s full release also added Twitch integration support, which lets streamers hand the control over their runs to their viewers.
