Hey, Niche Gamer Nation. This is our April/May 2015 Patreon update, courtesy of yours truly.
My personal life has been a bit nuts (with the ending of my classes this semester), so our April and May updates were a bit delayed as I generally focus on the daily maintenance and content-generation of our site.
Regardless, you all kindly pledge to us in good faith, and I wanted to make sure that we put our spending record out there for you to go over. The spending for April and May of 2015 is as follows:
April
- $200 on staff salaries
- $40 on web hosting
- $60 on new Mika design
May
- $300 on staff salaries
- $40 on web hosting
To be clear, if there are costs that go over what we make from Patreon, the remaining costs always come from our ad revenue, or my own funds.
I hope you all can be understanding with the delay in our update, as managing the website, holding a full-time job, finishing my classes (I’m graduating, weeee), and raising a nearly one year old son kind of crushed my soul a bit in the past two months.
Thankfully, we have moved forward from this, and we’re gearing up for E3 2015, and our redesign/relaunch. From now on, future Patreon updates will be coming on the 1st of the following month, so expect our June update on July 1st!
